Belief In God

I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen, not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else. C S Lewis, The Weight Of Glory

We believe in God because through Christ we can “see” and make sense of everything. Apart from that belief there is no “sun” by which to see anything properly. Without our belief in God we remain blind, deaf, and dead to the glory of God in the world. 

One cannot become a doctor, a CPA, a bridge builder, without studying the related syllabus. Likewise to become a follower of Christ one must study His Word
