Exercise Or Entropy

“Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save and preserve it.” Plato (428 – 347 BC) [Adapted]

As with our physical health, so it is with our spirtual lives. There is no standing still or holding your own. You are either advancing or falling back. The two outcomes are overcoming or entropy.

If we are to avoid spirtual entropy, we must be intentional in our relationship with God. “Unless your faith makes it all the way down to your feet, it’s not faith.” Tony Evans
