The Arc of God’s Providence

What a great and wonderful story is the history of God, a history that is still being written and in which we are each players. The world around us, the anointed Word of the Bible, the Holy Spirit, all testify to the magnificence and love of our Creator.

Three thousand years ago they rode camels and were only just beginning to consider that the world might be round. We have iPhones and fly to the moon. But as a civilization, we are not one whit advanced from the people in the time of David. They had as well developed a relationship with and understanding of God as we do today. And even though David lived an imperfect worldly life, God must have known what was in his heart. The very same position we each find ourselves in today.

Selah.
