A Foolish Message

The story and message of the cross is sheer absurdity and folly to those who are perishing and on their way to perdition, but to us who are being saved it is the manifestation of the power of God. For God says, “I will destroy all human plans of salvation no matter how wise they seem to be, and ignore the best ideas of men, even the most brilliant of them.” Paul, 1 Corinthians 1:18-19 Adapted

In secular history the Cross is but a small thing. But from the Biblical perspective it is of more importance than all the empires of the world.
