What is true?
What is important?
What, now, shall we do?

2024 /3

We ended 2023 on the theme of faithfulness: “Faithfulness is … a long obedience in the direction of the righteousness of Jesus Christ…. Faithfulness is fidelity, loyalty, devotion, trueness, dedication, commitment, allegiance, and love toward God and our fellow man. As God is faithful, let us also be faithful.” See the full post here.

We began 2024 with a prayer for our lives to have impact: “Be in wholehearted alignment with Biblical Truth. Be God-intentional, seeking first the Kingdom. Be identified with Christ; let others see Jesus in you.”

We continue 2024 with thoughts on faithfulness and impact: Physical and mental health are the purest form of wealth.

Faithfulness requires wellbeing of body, soul and spirt. Without wellbeing we are no good to ourselves, to God, to our spouses, at our work, in our church, or in our community. Wellbeing is achieved in the following sequential order:
1. Rest.
2. Exercise.
3. Diet.
4. Nourishment of the Soul.
5. Everything else.

The order is crucial. Wellbeing in its fullness can not be achieved in any other hierarchy.
