Nehemiah calls on the people to rebuild the Jerusalem wall. They respond to the call, “Let us arise and do this holy work that God has called us to do.” Nehemiah 2:18
The Apostle Paul tells us that we are equipped to do God’s work. “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Ephesians 2:10 NIV
